1. Introduction
Welcome to ALL OF THE WAY ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, which facilitates payments between passengers and drivers using virtual payment cards.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
We provide a platform that:
- Enables passengers to generate a temporary virtual payment card for a specific trip
- Facilitates payment to drivers using that card
- Lists independent taxi firms and services in a directory
Shared taxi services may be offered and may include passengers of any gender (male, female, or mixed). We do not guarantee the composition of passengers unless explicitly stated.
We are not a transport provider and do not employ drivers or taxi firms.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ to use this service.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
- Not misuse or attempt to exploit virtual cards
5. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party providers
Virtual cards are:
- Single-use or limited-use
- Time-restricted
- Intended solely for payment of the associated trip
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method
You agree that any virtual card provided must only be used for the specific trip for which it was issued. Any misuse, including attempts to use the card for unrelated transactions, may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.
Passengers are responsible for completing payment to drivers using the provided payment method.
6. Fees
We may charge service fees, which will be clearly displayed before payment.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled at our discretion and subject to:
- Trip completion status
- Driver attendance or non-attendance
- Disputes or service issues
We are not responsible for driver-related issues including delays, cancellations, or no-shows, but may assist in resolving disputes where possible.
8. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use cards for unauthorised transactions
- Attempt to duplicate or reuse card details
- Engage in fraud or illegal activity
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Actions, omissions, or performance of drivers or taxi firms
- Delays, cancellations, or failure of drivers to attend
- The composition of shared taxi passengers
- Service interruptions or technical issues
- Indirect or consequential damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific trip giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Taxi firms listed on the platform may request removal from the directory at any time by contacting us via email or our phone system. We will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Passenger contact details
We may share a booking’s lead passenger mobile number with the taxi firm and driver assigned to that journey for time-limited journey coordination.
Taxi firms and drivers must use passenger contact details only to perform or support the booked journey. They must not use them for marketing, retain them for unrelated purposes, or encourage passengers to cancel or move a booking or payment outside ALL OF THE WAY.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
